Operetta, a new and exciting contemporary Italian concept restaurant, offers familiar Mediterranean favourites including pizza, pasta, charcoal grilled meats and pastries. Running the kitchen is Head Chef Fabio Sgrò, while two Michelin-starred Chef Mitsuru Konishi will serve as Operetta’s Culinary Director.
The Italian eatery is very accessible and reasonably priced. The décor is contemporary but fused with classic elements and modern art. Nestled on the 1st floor of Pacific Place in Admiralty, Operetta is spacious with a casual dining space, plus two private VIPs rooms. Guests arrive through an exotic entrance and then are greeted with a large dining area able to accommodate up to 130 guests.
Breads are freshly baked on a daily basis, while fresh ingredients are also imported from all over the world on a daily basis and prepared with a range of authentic Italian flavors. At the new restaurant, both chefs aim to present splendid Italian cooking that sheds light on the prime quality of ingredients. Inspired by international cuisine and prepared by experienced chefs, Operetta brings a collection of signature dishes, including:

– Lamb Shoulder Pastilla, Eggplant purée
– Bone Marrow, Shallot Confit
– Artisanal Linguini, Sakura Shrimp

Alongside a la carte dishes, Operetta will have a very reasonably priced Lunch Set and Signature Sunday Brunch. Guests have the option of 2, 3 or 4 courses, for $238, $298 or $378 respectively, subject to 10% service charge. It includes enticing desserts and cocktails including Venice 1948, Operetta Time, Invito A Cena, Night in Paris, Spanish Trip and Gangs of New York.
