Stickhouse Opens New Branch in Times Square

Stickhouse is now in Times Square, Causeway Bay, to cure you sweet tooth in Hong Kong Island. The concept store which not only provides handcrafted gelato and sorbet sticks, but also offer a new range of creative beverages and desserts.

The Stick Shake which is freshly made of creamy gelato stick and homemade fruit sauce will definitely be the best summer treat for shake lovers. If you are a big fan of coffee, you can also enjoy a coffee with the aroma and taste that you would expect only from a true Italian espresso at Stickhouse.

Strawberry Yogurt Pizza is also available on a stick or in full size. The fun twist dessert pizza is perfect to share among friends in any parties and gatherings. 

To celebrate the opening of Time Square store, a store specific limited flavor “Choco-Rum gelato stick” is prepared for guests to for this innovative experience. 

Extra dippings and toppings can also be added additionally to any gelato or sorbet sticks.

The semi-sweetened chocolate is in lava texture under the crispy white chocolate dippings with crushed pistachio nuts on top. 

The gum flavour is overwhelming at the centre of the stick which is also in a jelly-like java texture. The flavourful gum complemented nicely with the ice cold chocolate gelato. 

A newly item, Tiramisu, is going to be launched in June which embraces the traditional Italian recipe, yet on a stick. 

The Tiramisu stick is topped with a layer of mascarpone cheese, on top of another layer of cake base in the middle. 

Hello Italy uses three different freshest seasonal fruits, and we have got melon, pineapple, and kiwi. The shop uses real fruit to make their sticks and you may even feel the fibre and seed from the fruit. The melon tasted just like any fresh sweet melon, leading the refreshing taste to balance with a more sour finish from pineapple and kiwi.
