CIAK – In The Kitchen, Hong Kong’s first refined Italian trattoria, has rolled out its new Italian inspired festive menu featuring a 4-course degustation menu throughout December with highlights such as “Lobster Salad, Potato, cherry tomato with balsamic dressing” or “Wild Mushroom soup with homemade sausage crostini”; followed by “Veal Agnolotti, mushroom, pancetta ham and pecorino”; continued with earthy and homely savours of the “Roast Baby Pork Shank, slow cooked pork ribs and lentil” or the “Pan Fried Italian Sea Bass with chive mash potato, roast artichoke and clam jus”; and finally the “Traditional ‘Panettone’ and vanilla ice cream”, a must to end the Italian Christmas feast.
