Christmas Menu – 24 & 25 December
On Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, Chef Billy Otis will be serving a 5-course American-style Christmas Dinner at HK$880 + 10% per guest. The highlight of the menu is the Fried Heritage Turkey, one of the finest breeds of organic turkeys both hormone & anti-biotic free.
Christmas Brunch Menu – 25 – 27 December
Feast on the traditional endless Christmas Brunch including a classic salad bar, baked breads, charcuterie station and condiments followed by Bloom’s renowned Raw Bar – a seafood station with fresh seasonal oysters, clams, house smoked salmon, prawns and marinated mussels. Then head over to the Carving Station for our Bourbon Glazed Prime Rib and Deep Fried Heritage Turkey served with traditional Christmas sides. There are also plenty of Blackboard Specials with an endless flow of brunch favorites like Eggs Benedict, Buttermilk Pancakes, Pumpkin Spice French Toast, Sea Urchin & Lobster Spaghetti and more.
Christmas Brunch is priced at HK$585 + 10% per adult and HK$295 + 10% for children between age 4-11. The “Little Bloomer” play area for the little ones will also be setup on the day and children under 3 will eat for free.
Free-flow alcohol packages including 3 types of Festive Cocktails (Mulled Wine, Christmas Cobbler, Spiced Egg Nog) are available at an addition of HK$295 per person.
New Year’s Eve Menu at Bloom – 31 December
Celebrate New Year’s Eve dinner with loved ones over a special American dinner menu, using some of the finest sustainable seafood sourced in the local waters.
Round 1) – 6pm – 8:30pm – 4-course Dinner at HK$680 + 10% and Kids eat for free. Open bar package is available at HK$350 per person
Round 2) – 8:45pm – Late – 5-course Dinner at HK$980 + 10% and Kids eat for free. Open bar package is available at HK$500 per person
Highlights of the menu includes New England Clam Chowder with Freshly Shaved Black Winter Truffles, Local Rock Lobster Thermidor and Local Sustainable Spotted Grouper. For those who are vegetarian, a delectable 5-course vegetarian menu is also available upon request.
The Biggest New Year’s Eve Party in Lan Kwai Fong
Upstairs on the 6/F, Lily is renowned for throwing some of the biggest and most memorable parties in town. This New Year’s Eve is no different with the theme EMPIRE, based on the American Drama TV series. So dress to impress in White & Gold and enjoy the NYC Hip Hop tunes all night from 10pm onwards. Three types of open bar packages are available with no entry fee.
Package A – 6-9pm – HK$450 per person including standard house pours, red and white wine and a selection of 3 cocktails.
Package B – 9pm – 12am – HK$750 per person including standard house pours, Veuve Cliquot Champagne, red and white wine and a selection of 3 cocktails.
Package C – 6pm – 12am – HK$950 per person including standard house pours, Veuve Cliquot Champagne, red and white wine and a selection of 3 cocktails.
