One of the best burger restaurants in Hong Kong, BurgeRoom, has both indoor and outdoor area. The newly re-located restaurant has extended their menu with new items and happy hour drink offers.
Foie Gras Beef Burger ($158)
The burger has a giant piece of beef patty topped with a fatty foie gras, chedder cheese, tomato, romaine lettuce, and dressed with homemade sauce. The patty was just moist without a too much fat ratio and the beef flavour was just outstanding. The bun was lightly buttered and toasted which was crispy inside and fluffy. The healthy veggies are fresh and crispy too!
The thick cut fries were nicely seasoned and crunchy, which could not be missed when eating a burger.
Lobster Burger ($188)
It is a whole Boston lobster with avocado, melted cheddar cheese, tomato, romaine lettuce and homemade diced tomato sauce. Amusingly, the lobster flavour was rich and naturally salty. This is perfect choice for customer who wish to eat a bit healthier because lobster is full of protein while avocado is a really good sauce of healthy fat. Complimenting with melted cheese, it is such a luxurious burger to enjoy!
Since we are not a big drinker in the afternoon, we have just chosen a bottle of Somersby Pear Cider but they also have a wide range of soda, juice and a few draft beer to choose from.
